In SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA, Enable Advanced Available to Promise function is ticked in Administration → System Initialization → Document Settings → General tab. If a sales order is reopened by canceling target document or copying target document to return/credit memo, when the user tries to copy the reopen row to target document again, the copied quantity is zero.
