3372846 - Purchase Requisition cannot be fetched using 'Requested By' field.

Symptom

When searched for PR using the 'Requested By' filter in the app 'Process Purchase Requisition V2', no data appears. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to 'Process Purchase Requisition V2' app.
  2. Adapt the filter 'Requested By'.
  3. Search by the Name of the Requisitioner in the 'Requested By' Field.
  4. PR is not found.

Cause

The 'Requisitioner' field is empty in 'Create Purchase Requisition-Advanced' app.

Resolution

Add the name of the Requisitioner in 'Create Purchase Requisition - Advanced' app to fetch the PR in 'Process Purchase Requisition V2' app by using the Field 'Requested By'.
