3372996 - SAML login failed on windows client

Symptom

You may not be able to login to the SAP Field Service Management Windows application and receive a blank screen or an error message that it is not possible to authenticate.

If you are using version 12.16.0 or are able to update to it, then you can "force new authentication" in the cloud settings. You can find the cloud settings on the log in screen of your windows app.

When you enable the new authentication, you will be able to log in again. After it can happen that you get automatically logged out after 24h.
