This KBA outlines the format of sending an Online Offer Letter and how it appears in the Offer Letter Portlet and to the candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click on a Job Requisition
3. Click on candidate application
4. Take Action>Offer Letter
5. Choose Country, Language and Offer Letter Template and click Next
6. On the next page, click on Online Offer:
   
7. Then you are prompted to add an email template (from Manage Recruiting Email Templates):
   
8. Click Next
9. Then you will see a preview of the email template and then click Send:
   
10. Once it's sent, you can click on "I'm Done", on the next page and you can see the offer letter in the Offer Letter portlet on the application:
    
11. When you click on "Letter of Offer" as per step 10 above, you will see the Offer Letter template as per step 5 above:
    
12. When you click on the "Online Offer" hyperlink in step 10 above, you will see the recruiting email template that was sent with the offer as per step 7:
    
13. When the candidate logs in to the career site and goes to My Offers, they will see the Offer Letter template, like this:
    
14. Candidate will receive an email with the email from Recruiting Email Templates:
