3373046 - Scanned Invoice is created successfully but still the Retraining status is showing "Rejected due to personal data"

You have scoped “Do you want to train the ML model with the user values via feedback integration ?".

Then you scanned invoice and selected this checkbox "doesn’t contain any personal data", but still the retraining status shows "Rejected due to personal data".

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to supplier invoicing work center

2. Select view: invoice scanning

3. Select the successfully scanned document id

4. Navigate to the Retraining status column

5. Error:  Rejected Due To Personal Data

The scanned document contains some data like email, phone number or other details which is considered as confidential by the system, and hence the retraining status is in error.

When you select this checkbox "doesn’t contain any personal data", it ensures compliance is maintained.

The document may not be considered for retraining because of these personal data which system considers as confidential, but with this check, system will allow to scan the document even with such confidential data.

If you do not want so see this rejected message at all, you can always descope this question :“Do you want to train the ML model with the user values via feedback integration ?".

As this intelligent PDF scanning is based on AI logic, it will take time for the system to accept the data and hence we suggest to do scanning frequently to train the model accordingly.
