3373047 - [Onboarding] Need to get the external code for the object that stores the data collected during the additional data collection step

• Need to search the information provided by the Onboardee during the additional data collection step using the custom object.
• However, when this is checked in Manage Data, to search for the specific candidate data, we need to provide the External Code.
• How can we get the external code for this object?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

We can get the external codes from Onboarding data collection user configuration object. 

• Go to Manage data -> In the first drop down select Onboarding data collection user configuration.
• In the second drop down paste the Onboarding process id.
• From here you can get the external codes for each object and search it with the external codes.
