• The error generated when trying to submit a value in the unlocked cell. 
• Error "Unable to update your data. Please try again later, or select the cells and check the Reason for unplannable data from the table action... "
• When the page is refreshed(browser's refresh), the data submit in to the unlocked cell is successful. 
• No message displayed for "Reason for unplannable data"
