3373150 - When performing a click to call from Agent Desktop in Service Cloud V2, on an already confirmed BP, the system will still open a new tab


  • When executing a click-to-call from a confirmed BP, the system opens a fresh tab in the Agent Desktop as soon as the call is answered.
  • The system forces the user to perform a new search and confirm the a BP again.
  • The expectation is to avoid the opening of a new AD tab, given that the click-to-call originated from the customer hub using an already confirmed BP.
