Symptom

There are stuck queues for inbound deliveries with below error message:

Error message Packaging material EAN_PAC has no HU type and cannot be used in warehouse

Error ID /SCWM/HU_WM 072

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud System

Resolution

  1. Go to APP Manage Product Master Data.
  2. Go the tab Warehouse Management -> Packaging.
  3. Maintain the field "Handling Unit Type".
