The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):
- Users do not receive session timeout window/prompt after certain amount of inactivity.
- Session timeout (in seconds) is set within SAC settings but the system does not seem to reflect it.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud Version 2023.16.4
Reproducing the Issue
- Log on to SAC.
- Set session timeout to 3600 seconds for example.
- Notice that session is not forwarded to logoff screen after the amount of time has expired.
Cause
This issue is currently under investigation by development.
Resolution
- This issue is currently under investigation by development.
- Fix deployment is planned around QRC 4 release.
