Prerequisites:

• User must have View/Edit/Import/Export permission for Pool object under Admin Center>Manage Permission Roles>MDF Recruiting Objects:
  

Steps to Export Talent Pools:

1. Admin Center>Import and Export Data
2. Select the action to perform>Export Data
3. Select Generic Object>"Pool"
4. Set the parameters for these generic objects as per this section of the guide: Exporting Talent Pools 
5. Select "Export"
6. You can then find the exported file under Admin Center>Scheduled Job Manager

Step to Import Talent Pools:

1. Admin Center>Import and Export Data
2. Select the action to perform>Import Data
3. Select Generic Object>"Pool"
4. Set the parameters for these generic objects: Exporting Talent Pools
5. Click "Validate"
6. You can see results of Validation also in Admin Center>Scheduled Job Manager
7. Once the validation is successful you can go back and upload file again and then click on "Import"
8. You can see the status of the import via Admin Center>Scheduled Job Manager
