Symptom
When selecting the select all check box on the items maintained within a Service Order, all the records are not correctly selected on the first attempt.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Manage Service Order App.
- Select the relevant record.
- Click edit.
- Press the Items Tab.
- On the actions column select the check box which selects all records.
- The screen refreshes and not all records are selected
Cause
Software issue
Resolution
- A correction has been developed to address this issue.
- The correction is planned to be delivered in the upcoming Hotfix Collection 6.
- The implementation is planned to take place in the next maintenance window on October 1st.
- As a workaround repeat the steps and unselect and select the checkbox once more and the records will be selected
