3373868 - SOAP Receiver channel is failing with the error 403 forbidden

Symptom

Messages are getting failed with 403 forbidden error after adding the new Proxy details in the SOAP receiver channel.
Error from the PI Message log:
Message processing failed Cause:com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException:java.io.IOException:HTTP Error response for SOAP request or invalid content-type.;HTTP 403 Forbidden.
