3373905 - Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification home page tile is showing wrong Start Date for rehires - Onboarding

The Start Date which is shown on the "Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification" homepage tile is different from the actual start date of the employee.

This is linked to the field setup "Number of Days Before Start Date by when Assigned Task must be Completed" in Manage Data > Onboarding Configuration > DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG

This is linked to the field setup "Number of Days Before Start Date by when Assigned Task must be Completed" in Manage Data > Onboarding Configuration > DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG, which would correspond to the calculation:

Real start date MINUS "Number of Days Before Start Date by when Assigned Task must be Completed" 

EQUALS to Start Date as it is shown on the "Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification" homepage tile.

You can either remove the "Number of Days Before Start Date by when Assigned Task must be Completed" to display real date or change the label with a more intuitive text
