The Start Date which is shown on the "Pre-Onboarding Rehire Verification" homepage tile is different from the actual start date of the employee.

Cause
This is linked to the field setup "Number of Days Before Start Date by when Assigned Task must be Completed" in Manage Data > Onboarding Configuration > DEFAULT_ONB2_CONFIG
Resolution
With the upcoming 1H2026 release, the behavior of this card has been changed. Now, the start date is displayed correctly.
