Symptom

  • Mail communication channel gets failed with below error after changing IP address to host (FQDN)
  • Error from the default traces: 
    Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: Failed to call the endpoint [null "null"]; nested exception caused by: java.io.IOException: no sender address specified.
