• The _SHARED named path is set to "C:\ProgramData\PowerDesigner"
  instead of default "C:\Users\myUser\Documents\PowerDesigner Libraries".
• An error is displayed in the output when defining the security level in Tools > General Options > Security:
     Error: The local repository library folder (named path ‘_SHARED’) has insufficiently restrictive access permissions to be trusted. Write access should be restricted to your own and administrators' accounts only.
