3374003 - Unable to determine parameter "DNS domain name" at step syb_dialog_presettings

Symptom

When performing new system installation using Software Provisioning Manager 1.0 (SAP Note: 1680045) on ASE Database, you got the following issue.

Unable to determine parameter "DNS domain name". DNS domain name is not configured in resolv.conf (UNIX) or the registry (Windows) and neither getaddrinfo nor gethostbyname could retrieve it.
