Symptom

Upon selecting a hierarchy with version in a Story/Analytic Application, one may notice that the hierarchy is not applied. 
The following message might return from the server: 

  1. MessageClass: "BW_BICS_INA"
  2. Number: 86
  3. OlapMessageClass: 1
  4. Text: "Hierarchy 'VR10' not applied to dimension 'Region' (check name, date, version)."
