3374100 - Order Download Error - "Failed retrieving standard value by WorkCenter:"

Symptom

When attempting to Download Order from S/4HANA OnPrem, the message fails with the following error in Integration Message Dashboard App:

Also, when checking for Message Types "Standard Value Key Download", there is a failed message with the following error:
