3374144 - BIB – Which is the OBJPS logic generation for IT0021 during the replication?

Symptom

More than one record for the same IT0021 subtype are being replicated. As a result, the replication will generate IT0021-OBJPS = 01 for one record, IT0021-OBJPS = 02 for the other, and so on.

There are doubts about which logic the replication framework uses to determine the IT0021-OBJPS for each record (01, 02, 03…).
