3374207 - Name of the user is missing when you click the Profile icon

Click the Profile Icon in right corner but no name showing. Example image below:

Login to instance and click user icon in the right top corner

First name and Last name is Empty in User Data File. 

Please follow up below KBA to maintain First name and Last name for the affected user.
