3374289 - Freight Unit Cannot be Found in APP Transportation Cockpit

Freight unit with status "not ready for planning" cannot be found in APP transportation cockpit although the freight unit number can be searched out in the selection criteria.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Open the Transportation Cockpit app 
• Input the freight unit number in the selection criteria of FU stages.
• Choose "Continue".
• The selected FU doesn't shown in the FU stages.

The reason for this is the defined incoterms on the corresponding sales order is EXW/Ex Works. This means the customer is fetching the goods directly from the factory and no need to plan the transportation.

Therefore the freight unit is not relevant for planning in the system and is only created to document it. 

It's a standard behavior.
