3374360 - No accounting link between Portfolio Item and PS Project

Symptom

A Portfolio Item is directly linked to a PS Project (this link can be seen in tab "Relationships" > "Related Objects" of the item).

  • When running program /RPM/FICO_INT_PLANNING for integration of this item, the program issues error message "No link exists between SAP PS Project element and selected SAP PPM items".
  • When using the "Transfer to SAP ERP" functionality in Financial Planning, the program issues error message "No planning element has been assigned to this item".
