3374392 - Error: Sales Transaction cannot create a Goods and Activity Confirmation

There is a process communication error in point of sales transaction's document flow with below error :

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Customer Invoice work center.
2. Go to Point of Sales view.
3. Search for required Point of Sales ID.
4. Select and Open it.
5. In Document Flow tab, here you can see PCE on the selected POS with below error.
6. Sales Transaction cannot create a Goods and Activity Confirmation.

As the product is batch relevant, the UOM conversion needs to be maintained at batch level too.

Once its maintained the stuck message can be restarted.  Verify below points:-

1. Go to Identified Stock view and search with relevant product ID and Identified stock ID.
2. Go to Batch and here you can find there is no conversion maintained under quantity conversion tab.

1. Go to the Planning and Production Master Data work center.
2. Go to Identified Stock view.
3. Find required identified stock ID.
4. Select it and maintain required UoM conversion for relevant identified stock ID under Quantity Conversions tab.
5. Once customer maintains the conversions, ask user to send it back to SAP to restart the stuck message.
