3374406 - Why is there a delay in processing my purchase requisitions imported from SAP S/4HANA?

Symptom

My purchase requisitions imported from SAP S/4HANA via SAP Managed Gateway for Spend and Network are delayed or slow to appear in SAP Ariba Procurement. The requisitions are taking significantly longer than expected to be created after the import is triggered.
