3374424 - EWM-QM: Quality Certificate feature does not work (missing statuses QI15/QI16 and CTCM/CROK)

Quality certificate process does not work with decentralized EWM lot/inspection document, although, quality inspection with quality certificate should be possible according to SAP Help

All the prerequisites are fulfilled in the affected system, however:

the expected system status is not set in the inspection document neither in the inspection lot.

Relevant statuses:

• for the inspection document:
  I1866 -  QI15 - Ext.Syst: Cert. Conf. Missing
  I1867 - QI16 - Ext.Syst: Cert. Receipt Conf.
• for the inspection lot:
  I0294 - CTCM Certif.confirmation missing
  I0366 - CROK Certificate receipt confirmed
