3374445 - Export File is Generated with Empty Rows and Wrong Formatting

The CSV file generated when using the Export Based on Export Definition option directly at the target group or Create Export File at campaign has empty rows, breaking the file formatting.

This is a system limitation when the entries' value of the attribute used in the Export Definition have line breaks. When the CSV file is rendered these line breaks are not suppressed, which causes the empty lines between different entries/rows at the resulting file.

This is the expected system behaviour.

 

An alternative is to submit your feature request through SAP Influence so that the feature could be evaluated by product management and possibly implemented in future releases.
