3374456 - How do I ensure the latest currency conversion rate is being considered for conditions setup based on Sourcing Project money type header fields?

• Which Currency conversion Rate Set is going to be used while evaluating the conditions set up based on Sourcing Project/ Event header field values?
• At the template level, we have an option to setup conditions on the Sourcing Project/Event header field values. For conditions set up based on the Money type values, can we control the selection of Conversion Rates applied during calculation of the conditions?
