3374488 - Multi-Select not supported for drop-down lists under More Options section - Recruiting Marketing

This article explains the reason that multi-selection is not supported in the drop-down lists on the Search component from RMK website.

Those drop-down lists were designed as picklists. Due to that, they support only one value to be selected.
