If you are sill unable to see the relevant Tax Jurisdiction codes then it is because of a missing Customizing in your system.

Resolution

Once you click the Tax Jurisdiction field value help, click on Show Filters and remove the content of the Country/Region Key, thereafter select Go. You will be able to see that the Items are available in the list.

The user should ideally pass the full Postal address data (Street address, City, Region, and Postal Code) which will determine a unique Tax Jurisdiction code. For this to be available, it is important to assign the Postal Codes to each Tax Jurisdiction Code using the Customizing activity. Hence, using the SSCUI 102916 - Assign Postal Codes to Tax Jurisdiction Codes , you should assign a range of Postal Codes to each Tax Jurisdiction code. Further, ensure that an entry exists for the combination of Region and Postal Code for which the Business Partner is created.

Open the SSCUI 102916 - Assign Postal Codes to Tax Jurisdiction Codes and ensure that an entry exists for the combination of Region and Postal Code for which the Business Partner is created.

In the SSCUI 102915 - Define Tax Jurisdiction Codes , you may maintain the Tax Jurisdiction Codes which can be used in the Business Partners.
