3374523 - SCC8 Client Copy fails with SQL0204N <tablespace> is undefined during Virtual table creation-Import phase

Running a client import results in the following errors for Virtual Tables. 

SQL0204N  "<SID>#DATA@XXD" is an undefined name
SQL0150N  The target full select, view, typed table, materialized query table, range-clustered table, or staging table in the INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, MERGE, or TRUNCATE statement is a target.  This sqlcode does not necessarily indicate a problem if the affected table is a virtual table.
Checking the developer trace files, the following errors are present along with the above errors.
Table <tabname> is a virtual table for deferred table creation.
Virtual table <tabname> needs to be converted to a table. 
The CREATE TABLE statement when called to create the table fails with SQL0204N  "<SID>#DATA@XXD" is an undefined name for the tablespace defined in the CREATE STATEMENT.
