3374541 - "You do not have start authorization" error message on an External API after transporting changes to P-System

You've made changes into your Custom Communication Scenario/Custom CDS View and after transporting the changes to P-System you're getting the error message "You do not have start authorization for R3TR (...)" when trying to launch the URL of the External API.

The Communication Arrangement was outdated after the changes were transported to Productive System.

The issue that the CA is outdated in the P System can actually happen if there is an issue in the tasklist which runs after the import.

First of all, please re-transport the Communication Scenario and after that Communication Arrangement needs to be updated in P-System by following the steps below:

1. Go to Communication Arrangements app
2. Open the Communication Arrangement related to the API 
3. Click on "Edit" button
4. Click on "Save" (you don't need to make any change)
5. You'll see a popup message saying "Activation was successful"

This means that now the Communication Arrangement is also updated and the authorizations are consistent again.
