3374631 - Custom field value is not passed to the planned order header from the routing header

You have created a custom field in the planned order header and routing header, respectively. And they can both show up successfully.
You have also activated the business scenario Routing (to Planned Order) to Production Order on Header Level. However, the value of the custom field in the routing header is not passed into the planned order header.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition

1. Create a custom field in the routing header. (Business Context PP_BILLOFOPERATIONS_HEADER)
2. Create a custom field in the planned order header. (Business Context PP_PLANNED_ORDER_HEADER)
3. Activate the Business Scenario Routing (to Planned Order) to Production Order on Header Level in the custom field configurations.
4. Create a routing for the material and enter a value for the custom field manually.
5. Create a planned order for the material. However, the custom field is empty, rather than taking the value from the routing header.

The planned order has not been scheduled, as a result, the routing data is not considered by the system yet.

Please first schedule the planned order. Then the custom field value will be taken from the routing header.
