3374645 - If the Quantity Changes, the Net Value will also Change in Sales Quote / Sales Order

When the quantity is changed in the sales quote, it changes the Net Value as well.

In the example of Sales Quote, but it works the same way for Sales Order as well.

1. Navigate to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
3. Search and edit ABC (ABC represents Sales Quote ID). 
4. Navigate to Items tab.
5. Change the quantity of line item from 1 to 1.1.
6. The Net Value changes from 60 to 66 accordingly.

The price fetched from Price list is taken to be for the UoM maintained at that time.

So when a product is added and quantity is maintained as e.g. 1 each, the system applies each as the UoM for the product. Any later changes to the quantity are adjusted accordingly.

For example, the price for quantity 1 is 60 EUR and any changes made after that will adjust the net value accordingly.

The price of 0.1 quantity is 6 and the value of 0.01 quantity is 0.6. So according to the change made in the quantity the net value gets adjusted.

This is standard system behavior.
