3374748 - Japanese translation of field Assignment has been changed in some apps

After CE2308 released, the Japanese translation of field "Assignment" has been changed from "ソートキー" to "割当" in some apps like "Post Incoming Payments" and "Reprocess Bank Statement Items".

Our development team has recognized this issue and have corrected the Japanese translation to keep existing translation.

This correction is planned to be delivered with next release CE2402.
