3374780 - Partial usage decision posting while Quality Certificate is missing

Symptom

In your decentral or embedded system you use Quality Certificates functionality during your inbound process to confirm that the specified quality requirements are met. The system ensures the receipt and the confirmation of the Quality Certificate before making a usage decision; you cannot post a header decision in the Inspection Lot, while the Quality Certificate is missing in transaction QC51/QC55 (certificate status is "Expected").

However, you can observe that partial usage decision posting in transaction QA32/QA11 in EWM Inspection screen is possible. You can post a partial decision even for the whole Inspection lot quantity.
