3374811 - Second inspection lot is created when posting Reject decision in Presampling

• Presampling in Production is used in an embedded system. 1704 or 04 Inspection Type is linked to "2 Presampling in Production" Inspection Process. The inspection lot has been created at PPO (Production Order) release.
• When posting a "Reject" header decision in the Presampling Inspection lot, a second Inspection lot gets created and referenced to the stock at the time of the first Goods Receipt posting in the inbound delivery of the PPO.
