3374837 - Empty Event Reason in workflow, job information record and reports

• Empty event reason in the job information record
• Workflow with empty request type
• Reports shows records with empty event reason

1. Create a Dummy Event Reason. 
2. Associate it with a user's job information record and then deleted the Event Reason permanently.
3. System does not give any warning.
4. Result was job info record with empty event reason and even database with empty event reason.

Reports shows empty Event Reason:

• Associated event reason was deleted after the workflow initiate or user record creation.
• No warning when permanently deleting Event Reason which is in use.

• Solution is to recreate a new termination workflow.
• You can submit an enhancement request in the influence portal for possibility to add a warning or error if the Foundation Object Event Reason is already in use to avoid such issues in future
