3374975 - Unable to Deploy to SAP HANA premise system from BTP BAS 403 error ABAP_REPOSITORY_SRV

• Using Business Application Studio (BAS) terminal, and deployment to the ABAP repository fails with a 403 HTTP code
• Recent changes were done on-premise system, only after the SAPUI5 libraries were updated from 1.102.8 to 1.102.19, it seems we are facing this deployment issue or error.
