3374992 - Error message Occurs while login via Single Sign-On

Symptom

When User tries to login via Single Sign-On below Error message Occurs in the logon screen:

 "SAML20 SP (client 016):  Exception raised:SAML20  SAML20 CX_SAML20_CORE: No RelayState mapping found for RelayState value

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the Tenant Via SSO URL
  2. You will see Error message: "SAML20 SP (client 016):  Exception raised:SAML20  SAML20 CX_SAML20_CORE: No RelayState mapping found for RelayState value "

Cause

In the IDP settings Audience Restriction contains the exact Name of Service Provider that you can check on "Local Service Provider" inside C4C or BYD SSO Settings. The name of the Local Service Provider is not set or incorrectly included in the Audience Restriction element.

Resolution

The Audience Restriction is case sensitive.

you have to use upper case for HTTPS in the URL while login via SSO.
