3375055 - Program assigned via assignment profile: issue when removing the program from the AP

A program was assigned to users via assignment profile (AP) and it has been completed. There's another assignment profile linked to this same program and the program has been once more assigned to the users. When the program gets removed from the second assignment profile, the program remains assigned to the users who have a previous completion for this program.

1. Create a program and associate the required entities to it >
2. Assign the program to an assignment profile >
3. Execute the AP's changes > users get assigned with the program >
4. Users complete the program >
5. Later on, associate the same program with another assignment profile and execute the changes >
6. Then remove the program from this second AP and execute the changes >
7. The users remain assigned with the program, even though the program was removed from the AP

Our Engineering team has reviewed the scenario and a code correction is scheduled to be delivered within the b2311 release version as per the schedule below (Product Release & Road Map Information):

• Preview environments: October 20th, 2023
• Production environments: November 17th, 2023

In the meantime, when admins identify the users were affected by the issue, the duplicated program assignment can be manually removed.
