3375061 - Filtering Approval Process for Employee Responsible or Document Creator

You would like to create an approval process for the sales quotes where the conditions can filter for the employee responsible or the user who created the document.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management.
2. Go to the Approval Processes View.
3. Filter for All Process.
4. In the Related Business Document, Filter for Quote.
5. Mark the Active Approval Process.
6. Select Copy button.
7. In the Condition section, Add Group button.
8. In the Edit Condition Window, Select the dropdown.

No condition can be maintained as employee responsible or document creator.

This is expected system behavior for approval process conditions.

Currently using the standard system options it is not possible to maintain a condition to filter the approval process per document creator or employee responsible.
