Symptom
In the Global Application Settings screen, when clicking the globe icon (localization), the pop-up never shows up and the page is frozen.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Learning Administration
- Go to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings
- Find "Confirmation Text" under the "AICC Wrapper Settings"
- Select the globe icon
Resolution
- This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2023 (b2311) Release
- Release dates can be found on SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information
Workaround:
- In Learning Administration go to Preferences
- Change the admin preference to another locale that needs to be updated
- Navigate back to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings
- Input the value of fields that need the translation and Apply Changes
- Repeat the process for each locale
