3375120 - Error "The database is busy and your request has been denied" in SAP Datasphere usage and consumption

When using SAP Datasphere or consuming models (via SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office...), error is raised:

The database is busy and your request has been denied. Please try again later. (999616)

Intermittent issue.

To prevent overloading the SAP Datasphere's HANA Cloud Database, Wave 2023.12 introduced a Rejection Threshold with value of 99%.
That means incoming statements will be rejected once a CPU utilization of 99% was reached.

Follow SAP Help Set a Priority and Statement Limits for a Space

1. Decrease the total statement thread limit for the spaces which consume a large amount of CPU time.
2. Avoid that tasks which consume a high load of CPU run at the same time.
