3375183 - Billing output failed with error VN 068- Processing routine &&& in program &&& does not exist.

Symptom

For NAST-based output type which is assigned with customer own print program, the processing of output type in SD billing document fails with error message VN 068- Processing routine &&& in program &&& does not exist displayed.
