3375249 - Deploying a project from Web IDE to CF subaccount stopped working

Symptom

User is able to logon to Web IDE, but once they try to deploy an application from WebIDE to a target CF subaccount they get an unauthorized error. This scenario used to work fine before.

Web IDE UI might not report any error message, however in the http watchtrace you can a response similar to:

GET 500 text https://webidecp-<subaccount>.dispatcher.ae1.hana.ondemand.com/di/lsp/getStatus?workspaceId=...

[...]

POST 200 json https://webidecp -<subaccount>.dispatcher.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/di/cf/authorize-user-for-project?projectPath=<projectpath>&workspaceId=...

The issue may happen after starting to use Universal ID.
