3375295 - Freshly intsalled Desktop Agent stays at "Connecting" status and has the error "Could not get the public key"

User is not able to connect to an iRPA/BPA tenant with a fresh installation of the Desktop Agent. Login page can popup then after logging in successfully, agent stayed at "Connecting".

An error similar to the below ones are found in the Desktop Agent log during the tenant activation.

"Could not get the public key. The issue could be that your work manager is deprecated"

Removing the tenant and add a new one and reactivate does not help.
