3375301 - "DynamicReport == null or not connected" Error in SAP IBP Add-in for MS Excel

Symptom

One of the error messages are displayed when opening or refreshing a planning view template:

  • DynamicReport == null or not connected

  • "EPMFormattingSheet": An error occurred while opening the planning view. You may notice irregularities during use. Please contact your administrator to ensure that your settings meet the requirements, and troubleshooting steps described in SAP Note 2729807 are followed.

  • "IBPFormattingSheet": An error occurred while opening the planning view. You may notice irregularities during use. Please contact your administrator to ensure that your settings meet the requirements, and troubleshooting steps described in SAP Note 2729807 are followed.

  • "SapIbpChartFeeder": An error occurred while opening the planning view. You may notice irregularities during use. Please contact your administrator to ensure that your settings meet the requirements, and troubleshooting steps described in SAP Note 2729807 are followed.
