3375492 - "Unable to fetch form data" Error on Completing Compliance Forms - Onboarding

• The error "Unable to fetch form data" occurs when the external candidate tries to complete the Compliance forms.
• A permanent fix is requested instead of raising tickets requesting to run a script.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

RESOLUTION:

• Based on OBX-26306, a new defect will be raised once new script requests are received.

WORKAROUND:

• Submit a script request. (Note to support: Please see Internal Memo)
