3375496 - GetSignatures requires a secure connection

Symptom

  • Customer is setting up SSL to configure Digital Signature and is getting error below when running test report FP_PDF_TEST_12 in transaction SE38:

ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: GetSignatures requires a secure connection. Please install the high encryption PDF Manipulation service and enable SSL.(201,301)

  • ADS connection is working fine
  • Test reports FP_TEST_00, FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICES (checked and unchecked) and FP_PDF_TEST_00 are successful
  • ADS RFC connection test in SM59 is successful
